Ctrl Group builds digital products for patients, healthcare practitioners and researchers to gather evidence and provide better care.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in London. It’s a really exciting time to join us – as our products become more widely used.

You will work directly with the company founders and our team of designers, researchers and engineers to tell the story of Fora Health and Cognition Kit and how they can be used to support clinical research and healthcare. You will keep our communications focused and relevant. You will manage the sales pipeline and generate sales. You will help manage relationships with partners, expert advisors and customers.

Right now we’re building Fora Health - a platform that supports better conversations between patients and the people that care for them. We’re also building Cognition Kit - new interactive ways of measuring people’s cognitive health. We have other exciting plans which we’d like to talk more about in person.

We’re changing the way health care works for everyone. We’re making the most of technology to support patients and clinicians in their everyday life. Your role as a project manager will help our small team deliver on our ambitious goals.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working in small teams with designers, software engineers, clinicians and scientists
  • Believes in the role of technology to improve medical research and healthcare
  • Is meticulous and organised
  • Is capable of planning strategic initiatives, delivering projects and replanning when circumstances change
  • Has a great understanding of business development tools and techniques
  • Is a good communicator
