We are hiring a Quality Assurance Tester Join our team to help our software achieve medical-grade quality.

Ctrl Group is building digital health products to bring personalised health care to everyone.

We’re looking for a quality assurance tester to join our team in London. It’s a really exciting time to join us - we’re building our first products and taking them to market. So it’s a chance to really make your mark.

You will work closely with our software team to help design the testing procedure for our products and conduct regular testing runs. You will look for opportunities to use automation to improve test coverage and repeatability. You will ensure that the products we built are reliable and safe for use in the healthcare environment.

Right now we’re building Fora Health - a platform that supports better conversations between patients and the people that care for them. We’re also building Cognition Kit - new interactive ways of measuring people’s cognitive health (think short games and tasks, a little bit like brain-training, but more scientific). And we have lots of exciting plans for 2019 that we can’t talk about yet.

We’re changing the way health care works for everyone. We’re making the most of technology to support patients and clinicians in their everyday life. We need to ensure that the products we build are reliable and safe. Your role as a quality assurance tester will help us release new products and features with confidence and speed.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working in small teams with designers, software engineers, clinicians and scientists
  • Believes in the role of technology to improve medical research and healthcare
  • Can design testing procedures to uncovering bugs efficiently
  • Can automate testing processes where appropriate
  • Has the uncanny ability to find edge-cases that no-one else has thought of

What we are offering

  • Competitive salary
  • Pension programme
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Great workspace, 5 minutes walk from Old Street Underground
